Highly skilled human resources are more and more the key factor of economic growth and competitiveness in the information age and knowledge economy. But due to a still fragmented employment market despite the enlargement of the EU, these resources are not effectively exchanged and deployed.

SEEMP brings a technical response to this problem, by enabling a federated market place of employment mediation agencies through a peer-to-peer network based on interoperation on employment data and mediation services.
